Banner-Day Multi-zone Burner

The Banner-Day Multi-zone Burner is a high capacity ribbon burner with three zones of lateral heat adjustment utilizing natural, propane, or manufactured gasses. These burners are available in various lengths with capacities from 200 to 3,000 BTUs per inch of ribbon flame space.

Operation

Our multi-zone burner features a manifold assembly that entrains the gas/air mixture at a higher volume than any other burner presently available. This design allows control of the lateral heat while maintaining BTU capacity.

Gas adjustments throughout the burner are accomplished via a fine-thread needle valve. This allows the operator to return to a designated full-open position and eliminates estimating gas flow with a traditional rotating valve.

• Heavy pipe ribbon burner
• Multi-zone lateral head adjuster assembly
• Head plate assembly with igniter locking collar and observation port
• Burner head plate gasket
• Air/gas mixer with orifice

• Igniter
