Basic System Model H-6E

Operation:
H-6E model is equipped with an ISPU-2 solid state module which ignites and monitors a direct-fire oven burner. The ISPU-2 module keeps the burner solenoid fuel valve open as long as the burner flame is present. If the burner fails, the module will re-ignite it. If re-ignition fails, the module closes the solenoid fuel valve, shutting off gas to the burner, and illuminating the red LED on the H-6E unit, indicating improper burner function.

For the module to re-ignite a failed burner, the reset switch on the H-6E unit must be turned to the reset position. If the burner fails to re-ignite, it should be inspected. When the LED light turns green, the burner is on and firing properly. The H-6E unit comes equipped with a 24 VAC input port to test the burner operation.
