Burner & Temperature Control – Non PLC

For companies that require non-PLC control panels, they are available from Banner-Day with the following features:

Type 1 Basic DSI System:
Burner and temperature control, automatic re-light, temperature deviation burner cutback in 3 stages

Includes per burner:

• Banner-Day DSI module assembly with solenoid, ignition wire, etc.
• Ignitor and ignitor bracket as required
• Head plate assembly if required

Includes per zone:

• Zone switch
• Temperature control module
• Mod motor with linkage
• Thermocouple with heat shield and 100’ shielded thermocouple extension wire
• Reset timer for burner re-light
• Wiring duct with LED indicator, switch test port and reset relay for each burner

Includes per system:

• Ignition transformer
• Small add-on control panel for temperature modules, HMI and reset timers
• Ignition contactor and circuit breaker (replaces existing)
• Purge interlock relay and 24 VAC control transformer
• Master temperature control module
• PanelView 600 Plus, Monochrome HMI for set-point and temperature display
• Generic wiring diagram to tie into existing purge circuit
• Job specific wiring diagram

Does NOT include:

• Any type of central burner monitoring
• Any type of recipe control
• Any type of oven temperature trending

Type 2 with PLC Ready Feature:
Burner and temperature control, automatic relight, temperature deviation burner cutback in 3 stages, ready for the addition of a future PLC

Includes all of Type 1 with the following additions:

• Panel upsized and designed for addition of PLC hardware
• Additional terminal strips for the burner failure alarm inputs

Does NOT include:

• Any type of central burner monitoring
• Any type of recipe control
• Any type of oven temperature trending
